Who We Are
Hi, I’m Julie Weber. I am the founder and director of Liberate Ministries. My goal is to develop: innovative, online, digital, post abortive, healing tools, for use globally.
I am a licensed reverend and missionary with International Ministerial Fellowship (IMF).
I have extensive experience as: an author, blogger, leader of post abortion recovery healing events, educator of church congregations on life issues and as a coach for telephone counselors on dealing with post abortive callers for Love Lines Ministries.
I am the MN state leader for Operation Outcry, a ministry of The Justice Foundation, a contributor to the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast Movement and have partnered with the National Silent No More Awareness Campaign. In addition, I am a prayer leader and intercessor for various national and international projects.
I am a trained marriage, pre-marital and family minister by 2=1 ministries as former Minneapolis, St Paul area leader.
Note: My husband Jeff's role is to support the ministry with technology. Also, he ministers with me in situations where it is helpful to have a male or couple's perspective due to the topic or culture.
